At SELCART, we strive to ensure that every business card you order meets the highest quality standards. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • There is a printing error that differs from the approved design.
  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

Note: Since business cards are custom-made, we do not accept returns for design changes after approval.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email us at [your email] or fill out the contact form within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details – Attach clear photos of the defective or incorrect items along with your order number.
  3. Review & Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If a replacement is needed, we will reprint and ship the order at no extra cost.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Design errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
  • Slight color variations due to printing processes.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once printing has started, cancellations are not allowed.
